About The Author

Dr.Carlyle Fleming draws deeply from a lifetime of meaningful experiences as an Air Force veteran, a father of two sons, a grandfather to four grandchildren, and a proud great-grandfather. Throughout his personal and professional journey, he has observed patterns in how children and adults learn, along withnoticeable gaps in traditional learning approaches. These real-world observations, gathered through years of lived experience and reflection, became valuable anecdotal insights. Motivated to better understand and address these gaps, Dr. Fleming paired his observations with established scientific theories in early childhood development. The result is a thoughtful, research[1]informed approach to learning that blends practical experience with academic understanding. His work is rooted in the belief that learning should be engaging, accessible, and developmentally meaningful, meeting learners where they are and helping them grow with confidence through exploration and play.
